South Africa has some of the most prestigious climbing locations in the world. Our options for Sport Climbing allows for a wide range of experiences. All of this while being exposed to truly memorable backrops that make for incredible photo opportunities. The Table Mountain masif is an expansive system that stretches over 100km from the City Bowl towards the Cape Point, introducing options for being completely hidden from the urban jungle in a rock mecca or even clipping bolts with an ocean backrop.

Nowhere else can you so easily access rock climbing of the highest quality presenting without a doubt one of the most unique experiences in the world – high quality, technical, rock climbing high above a major city…did we mention the ocean views…

Inclusions

Transport – We will arrange pickup and return from locations within the City limits, and can assist with pickups from further destinations at your cost.

Equipment – We strive to make your adventure as smooth and simple as possible – aiming to remove any addons and unexpected costs. There is nothing worse than reading a price and then learning that there is an assortment of surprises waiting for you.

To this end we provide, at no extra cost, the following:
- Climbing Shoes (these are very personal so if there is one item which we do suggest you bring, it is shoes)
- Harness & Belay Device
- Helmet
- Rope / Trad Gear / Slings / Carabiners, etc
- Small Backpack

Notes

Public Liability – Vertigo Adventures has comprehensive public liability insurance, underwritten by Zenith Insurance. Public Liability is cover for negligence and thus we highly recommend comprehensive medical/travel insurance on the client’s behalf in the event of an incident requiring medical attention.

Permits – All of our adventure offerings take place within National Parks, Wilderness area’s or Reserves and require permits to hike or climb or overnight.
