Mixed response. Having attended one the year prior at your venue ( beautiful views of the valley, well laid out table, honey combs, etc), drinks on the stoep etc = why we did the trip again from Jeffreys . You can imagine the let down when we had to attend this one in a small office, with only view AND sounds of the toilets outside the room and people noise moving past in the passage. This was bad - gave impression was a rushed job to find a place to present etc. The Bee keeper was great, the presentation informative, passionate, fascinating BEE story, and enjoyed. Maybe not his decision of the location, and he continued well despite my son raising his strong dissatisfaction - which I supported. We marketed your place prior, how we enjoyed it previously etc. Remember its the experience we were after, that includes the look and feel, the atmosphere etc, more than just tasting honey - Philip
Thankyou Pabala for a super special Honey & Gin tasting. Setting was beautiful, Etienne had us in awe about the origin of Gin! The honey briefing was just as interesting Our friends enjoyed the day too Well done. Would recommend this fir sure - Margie
Really super experience. We learned a lot and had all our questions answered. So appreciate what you are doing for the environment and bees! - Frances
No better venue and experience to enjoy my hubby birthday celebrations! Thank you for an informative memorable session with a tentalising tasting. Have recommended it to all that's eager to try something new. All the best, From the West Gang - Beverley-Ann
Pabala Honey tasting is for sure a must do on your bucket list. Was a very informative session and we have learned so much about bees and the value they add to nature. The tasting and new ideas on how to use honey in everyday life for food and health reasons was also a great lesson. The sessions are nice informal and interactive. We did it as part of a family celebration and ages was from 10 to 80 years and all enjoyed it. - Erica
